Yes! We already gave you points for your previous order. All you have to do is sign up with the email you used for your order and you'll see the points you've already earned.

For Full refund:
If an order is fully refunded, and a reward discount was used, the points used for this discount will return to your account

For Partial refund:
The points used to redeem the reward coupon will not be fully returned. Instead, points for the amount returned will be added back to your account.

Your rewards balance will expire 365 days after your most recent order or 365 days since you created an account if you haven't placed an order. Your membership will still be active.
