    Nice mug but lacking in heat retention

    It is a nice mug with potential. When I poured hot coffee into the mug and could feel the heat on the sides when I grabbed it. I knew right away it wasn’t going to stay hot for long. I was right, it loses heat too fast. It’s great if you want a quick coffee on the way to work, but beyond that you better drink it fast or you will be drinking cold coffee. If they fix that issue everything else about the mug is great. Too bad I so wanted to give it five stars.

    I received one of these for Christmas without any label on it, and enjoyed them so much that I search for quite a while to find the minaret brand. I went ahead and bought them in three different colors and they are one of my favorite purchases this past year. Will look at giving them away for gifts in the future. The style is sleek. Colors are modern. They are easy to clean and keep liquids, relatively cold or hot according to starting temperatures. Happy find!

    Wonderful mug but Even Better Customer Service

    I love this mug! It is a perfect size for me. It holds 12 oz ( the largest size cup on my pod coffee maker.). It is not too big to fit into a pocket or pouch, and combined with another travel cup gives me two cups of coffee to go. This mug is durable, doesn't leak if you get the lid tight, and keeps liquids hot.
    But the customer service is even better. I had a shipment that was late due to the carriers fault, but the shipped me another that arrived within days of the first. It shows a commitment to customer satisfaction that is exemplary. Also the packaging is sturdy but minimal and recyclable in keeping with their concern for the environment. My paint has not chipped even though I have dropped it and it has a small dent and some abrasions and a scuff. I was so pleased with my cup that I ordered another for my daughter.

    Perfect size

    Cute and sturdy little champ of a mug. I’m a one cup girl and this is just right for morning walks. Wish the enamel/paint didn’t chip so easily tho
